Nicolette Krebitz

Nicolette Krebitz was born and raised in West-Berlin. She studied classical dance at the Berliner Ballett Centrum and graduated acting in 1992 at Kirchhoff Schauspielschule.
Since 1982 she’s been working as an actress in cinema and TV productions. In 1999 she directed her first feature film JEANS and has been making films continuously ever since. In 2019 she received the Kunstpreis Berlin for Film und Medienkunst by the Akademie der Künste.
