Cora Frischling studied psychology in Berlin and Barcelona from 2011 to 2015 and worked in the field of organizational development for the German Children and Youth Foundation and Daimler AG, among others. She has also worked as a coordinator and screener for various film festivals, including achtung berlin, interfilm and the Giornate degli Autori. From 2016 to 2019 she worked at the Berlinale in the press department for the competition and as assistant to the press officer.

Cora Frischling has been part of the Berlinale World Cinema Fund's pre-selection committee since 2018 and joined Komplizen Film in 2019.
